  4. If I remember it correctly🤔, the heating up would be contra-productive for the exothermic reactions (I.e. the reactions which produce heat). Exothermic reactions need the opposite; being cooled down for the acceleration of the chemical reaction. Otherwise it is a good video for explanation of basics.
