Today, I’m sharing how to make mini pandan coconut honeycomb cake or Banh bo nuong la dua mini super yummy and delicious.
Here are the ingredients:
3/4 cup or 160g sugar
200ml coconut milk
1 and 1/2 cup or 165g tapioca starch
1 tbsp or 10g rice flour
1/4tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp pandan extract
4 egg room temperature
1 package of Alsa Baking Powder (single acting) 11g
1tbsp or 15g melted unsalted butter
