  2. I like the video but i disagree on the “lose fat” part of the video as it’s very false and wrong and can give a bad message. You can’t target fat not does drinking that make you loose fat. It’s the celery that will make you lose fat because of its digestive properties but that idea that you’ll lose fat is wrong and not right. To lose fat you just need to eat healthy checking macros and know that fat loss happens everywhere SLOWLY. Loosing fat too fast is unhealthy also

  3. I love all of the recipes. They're very healthy and easy to make. At home, I also drink many kinds of green drinks, such as:

    1. lime + ginger + lemongrass + rock sugar
    2. butterfly pea + green tea + chia seeds + honey
    3. Sugar cane
    4. Lychee + lotus seeds

    All of them are easy to make, fresh and so healthy. I try to use less sugar because it isn't good for your health. Instead, I use honey and I feel it's so perfect.

    Again, all of your recipes are so good and I will try it one day. Thank you so much!

  4. the cucumber apple celery juice looks so refreshing! I often make cucumber water but this is a cool way to take that to another level!

  6. Great variety and combinations of refreshing drinks/dessert for the summer. Loved the green in all them and that you used all natural ingredients to achieve that color. Wish we can get those fresh leaves to make our own – especially the green grass jelly leaves!

  7. Good recipes. But you should probably stick to how refreshing and tasty they are rather than adding the health advice and dubious claims of weight loss. Also, there is no such thing a detoxifier.
